The website Pow New Media www.pow-new-media.com is operated by Pow New Media Ltd (“we” or “us”). By using our website, software, services and mobile app and by submitting your personal information to us, you agree to us using your personal information as
set out in this privacy policy.

Any information which is provided by you to us will be treated in accordance with the provisions of (i) the Data Protection Act 2018, (ii) on and with effect from its effective date, the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation) (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27th April 2016) and any consequential national legislation(iii) the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, and (iv) any guidance and / or codes of practice issued by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or other relevant supervisory authority, including, without limitation, the European Data Protection Board, in each case as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time (the “Data Protection Laws”).
